Made it for those that still make useless posts like: skills on blizzard?
so here we gO !
SKILLS
ice bolt - 20
blizzard - 20
mastery - 20
ice bolt - 20
warmth - 1
tk - 15
rest of skills with higher lvls -> skill synergies
es & chilling armor from pre-cast staff !
chilling > all (ITS IMPORTANT^^)
STATS:
Most ppl preffer 50:50 builds, but if u got n1 items u can make it 60:40 or more !
ofc switching eq in tvt for better mana is nice vs trapsins etc.
but with bo, which is in almost every tvt avalible, u should get enough mana !
dex - for block
str - enough to wear all items (DONT STAT STR WITH BOOTS! Since u will need to change them and it ruins everything)

Shako Lo/ruby/vex
Viper Lo/ruby
Lidless Vex/Lo
Whistans Jah/Lo
res shields -> 5x life / cr & lr vs cold sorks & fohers is nice!
waterwalk & stormtracks needed too
arach
bloodfist & frosties!
estucha 5/5 cold & wizzie 5/5 too
amu 2 skill, 15+ fcr & stats would be n1
